We have been group training down at the gym for the last couple of weeks now, and in just 2 sessions I can honestly say that I have learned so many new exercises already - plus I've been challenged with each one of them! The workouts are a great balance and variety, and the pace is one that everyone in the class can keep up with. I am seeing results in one session a week with the trainer, and one session per week doing the same exercises on my own. It's super motivating!
This group training is kind of like a customized personal training session for 1/3rd the price (and more specifically just $30 per session)!!
There are 2 spots left for members wanting to get in on the action. There's a sign-up sheet at the gym where you can write your name down if you are interested. We meet Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm, and the next one is next Tuesday (10-17-17).
Training with Tim Skafidas is not only educational but it really helps spice up the same workouts that I had been doing for a while now - oh yeah, and the best part is that it's FUN!

PS- The exercise below is not to be tried on your own unless instructed by the trainer himself. ;-)
