Eek! Sorry for disappearing for months on end. Our second baby boy arrived in March and all is well in baby land. More later on how recovery from surgery and weight loss is coming along. I have been slacking in writing blogs after an eventful winter with my pregnancy.
The point of this post is that we have a NEW TRX setup at the gym! It’s been fun to learn some new moves and a great way to get back into shape post-pregnancy. Suspension training challenges my workouts and make me feel good and sore at the same time. TRX has a great app for different exercises and new moves to target every area of the body. They show videos and the way to perform the exercise. The app offers a lot of cool stuff and for free! We also have a new suspension poster by the rack with lots of great moves and the muscle groups used.
